Our commitment to fair and transparent billing.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Feedbakery (formerly known as TheBeyond.io) ("the Service"), operated from Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
All payments for the Service are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for all transactions, and handles all billing, invoicing, refund processing, and consumer rights obligations.
2. Free Plan
Feedbakery offers a Free plan with limited features and capacity. The Free plan is available at no cost and for an unlimited duration. No payment information is required to use the Free plan, and therefore no refunds apply.
3. Paid Subscriptions
The Pro plan is available as a monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.
4. Refunds
Since Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all Feedbakery transactions, all refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their terms and conditions.
If you would like to request a refund, you can do so by contacting Paddle directly at https://paddle.net, or by contacting us at [email protected] and we will assist you in processing your request through Paddle.
Refunds are provided at the discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis.
5. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle's consumer terms.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact Paddle at https://paddle.net before the expiration of the 14-day period. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full reimbursement of all payments made, using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
Please note that your right to cancel may not apply once you have started to use or access digital content, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Paddle's terms.
6. Subscriptions and Renewals
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period. You can cancel by contacting Paddle at https://paddle.net or by contacting us at [email protected].
7. Price Changes
If we increase the price of the Pro plan, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before the new price takes effect on their next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new billing cycle begins.
