What’s included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 board, up to 100 active posts, unlimited users, feature voting and comments, status tracking, email notifications, and Open Mode embed authentication. It’s free forever — no credit card required.
What does "unlimited users" mean exactly?
Anyone you invite — teammates giving feedback internally, end users voting on a public board, customers submitting requests through your embedded widget — counts as zero dollars. Pricing is flat per workspace, not per seat or per tracked user.
How does the 14-day refund work?
EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under consumer law. Outside the EU/UK, we still honor a 14-day refund window for new Pro subscriptions — contact [email protected] and we’ll process the refund within 5 business days. See our refund policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank wire for annual plans. You’ll receive a tax-compliant invoice for every charge.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Paddle handles tax compliance globally. EU VAT, UK VAT, US sales tax (where applicable), GST, and other regional taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Business customers can enter a VAT number to receive reverse-charge invoices where eligible.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual (and save 17%) at any time from billing settings — the switch is prorated. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal date.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your data stays. Pages, posts, votes, and comments remain intact. You’ll lose access to Pro features (unlimited boards, custom statuses, Pro notifications, custom branding) and any boards beyond the free-plan limit will be archived — not deleted — until you upgrade again.
Do you offer annual prepay or nonprofit discounts?
Annual prepay saves 17% automatically ($200/year vs. $240 monthly). Verified nonprofits and open-source projects can email [email protected] for a 30% discount on Pro — we review requests within 2 business days.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Not currently. The Pro plan covers most use cases, including HMAC-signed embed auth and the Partner Auth API. If you need a signed DPA, custom SLA, or invoice billing on net-30 terms, email [email protected] — we handle these case by case.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from billing settings in two clicks. No retention call, no email gauntlet. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro until then, then downgrade to Free automatically.
